My poor husband, when he married me, didn't realize what he was getting as a wife. And bless his heart, he continues to love me regardless of my gooberness. When I took his last name at 49 years old, I went from just being a dingbat to "goober-girl-gaines". Once the Tupelo paper ran an article about a presentation I had given at MSU and called me a 'guru.' So then I became the "guru-goober-girl-gaines".
Imagine that on February 5, 2010, I became a grandmother...so, you guessed it..."grandmother-guru-goober-girl-gaines". Acelynn Saisuphaluck has added a dimension to my life I could never have dreamed possbile. She is a wonderful gift from my son Art Saisuphaluck and my wonderful daughter in law, Ying. Thanks be to God.
